Home Economics 81-86 Reunion

The Home Economics classes of 1981-82-83-84-85 and 1986 held a reunion in conjunction with Homecoming Weekend - September 13-15, 2024. They had a very successful reunion, reminiscing over so many fond memories of their time at the University of Saskatchewan.

They began with a Meet and Greet at the Upper MUB (now known as Louis’ Loft) They held registration, did some fun activities, and socialized. Then they went on a customized tour of campus, followed by a lunch.

The group travelled to the Wanuskewin Heritage Park and Archeological Site, Remai Modern, Black Fox Farm and Distillery, and Crossmount Cider Company. The group also had the options of exploring the Meewasin Meewasin Valley Trail, a private group dinner at The Granary, or a group brunch at the Parktown Hotel. They finished off with a sightseeing river cruise on the historic Prairie Lily on the Saskatchewan river.
