A myriad of service units

We support and operate many service units within the College - MedSask, RxFiles, Eat Well SK, Medication Assessment Centre, and Usask CPE. These are all key contributors to public health and wellness.

medSask

A trusted source of drug and health information. Licensed pharmacists respond to drug and health questions 365 days a year through two toll-free telephone lines. Our hours of operation:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM until midnight
Weekends and Holidays: 5:00 PM until midnight

We are a non-profit organization that operates on grants and donations from various organizations

Medication Assessment Centre

The Medication Assessment Centre (MAC) is a pharmacist-led clinic housed at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Pharmacy and Nutrition.

Pharmacists specialize in ensuring that medications are necessary, effective, safe, and convenient for those who use them. The MAC offers three clinical services to help patients manage chronic health conditions, chronic pain, and sleep problems.

Eat Well Saskatchewan

Eat Well Saskatchewan has been suspended until further notice

The service provides FREE, confidential, easy access to the trusted advice of a dietitian to help you make healthier food choices and answer your food and nutrition questions.

You can ask a Registered Dietitian questions about food, healthy eating for your family, budget-friendly meal ideas, heart health, diabetes, and more!

 

USask Continuing Pharmacy Education

USask CPE is based out of the University of Saskatchewan, College of Pharmacy and Nutrition. We develop, implement, support, and evaluate continuing education and continuing professional development opportunities for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
