Each year, awards are presented to our graduating students at the spring convocation ceremony and other events throughout the day. While we were unable to celebrate in person this year, our new graduates received the following awards in June.

Pharmacy Awards

Robert Martin Prize and Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals Gold Medal: Teagan Holt
Most distinguished pharmacy graduate; highest average in four years of program.

Campbell Prize: Christine Lee
Second most distinguished pharmacy graduate; second highest average in four years of program.

Class of ’56 Memorial Scholarship: Danielle Symanski
Most exemplifies leadership qualities among peers, high academic standing, vote by class to recommend to scholarship committee.

Class of ’59 Pharmacy Award: Christine Lee
Leadership and high academic standing, vote by class to recommend to scholarship committee.

Mark C. Fallon Book Prize: Danya Iwabuchi
Pharmacy resident with highest four-year average who does not hold another award.

Orest Buchko Hospital Pharmacy Award: Nicole McMillan
Awarded to a graduated student pursing hospital pharmacy.

 

Nutrition Awards  

Rutter Medal: Angela Luo
Most distinguished nutrition graduate, based on academic achievement and leadership.

Ruth Gerrand Prize: Rebecca Weckworth
Most distinguished academic record.

Hannon Travel Scholarships: Kaylee Thomson, Miriam Robak, Alexandra Stobbe
Selected based on merit of travel proposal; involvement in university, college and community activities, and character.
