An esteemed alumnus of our BSP program, former professor, and Assistant Dean at the College of Pharmacy and Nutrition, University of Saskatchewan, Wayne has been appointed to the Order of Canada, one of the nation’s highest civilian honours.
This distinction celebrates a career of more than five decades in which Hindmarsh advanced pharmacy education, strengthened professional standards, and inspired generations of students and colleagues.
His appointment to the Order of Canada highlights not only his professional achievements but also the lasting impact of his leadership. A strong advocate for the evolving role of pharmacists in patient care, Hindmarsh has championed collaboration within interdisciplinary healthcare teams throughout his career.
