University opens "Comfort Room"
Grand opening on January 8th
On Thursday, January 8th, the grand opening of the Parenting Comfort Room was held in Thorvaldson 127. Thanks to nutrition students Caitlin Kaczowka and Kara Friesen, along with Kayla Madder (graduate student and parent) and Rita Hanoski (Student Health Centre) for organizing this important initiative. The College of Pharmacy and Nutrition provided the space and some of the furnishings for this project.
The room will be available weekdays from 8:30am-12pm and 1-4:30pm.
