Dr. Jessica Lieffers, RD is an assistant professor of Human Nutrition. She heads the Nutrition Resource and Volunteer Centre and mentors undergraduate research students. Her current research explores the linkages between nutrition and dental diseases, namely parent perspectives and their information needs about nutrition and tooth decay in children and the nutrition care practices of dietitians and dental professionals.
