September	Matches finalized and schedules released to preceptors, service learning coordinators, and students for PHAR 189 (Year 1 Service Learning), PHAR 188 (Year 1 Community Practice Immersions), PHAR 288 (Year 2 Hospital Practice Immerions), and PHAR 388 (Year 3 Continuing Professional Development Immersions)
September through March	PHAR 188, PHAR 189, PHAR 288, and PHAR 388 placements occur
October through December	Recruitment of new preceptors and sites and collecting placement offers for upcoming PHAR 185 and PHAR 285 IPPE rotations as well as PHAR 481, PHAR 482, PHAR 483, and PHAR 484 APPE rotations
January	Years 1, 2, and 3 students complete preference ranking and survey for PHAR 185, PHAR 285, PHAR 481, PHAR 482, PHAR 483, and PHAR 484
March	Matches finalized and schedules released to preceptors and students for PHAR 185, PHAR 285, PHAR 481, PHAR 482, PHAR 483, and PHAR 484
May through August	PHAR 185 and PHAR 285 IPPE rotations occur
August through April of the following year	PHAR 481, PHAR 482, PHAR 483, and PHAR 484 APPE rotations occur
