Naloxone is an injection medication that quickly reverses the effects of an opioid overdose. Many people who use opioids for chronic pain would benefit from having a naloxone kit on hand.

UCPC patients who may benefit from having a naloxone kit can get one free of charge from our program. We provide training to people who use opioids, and to their friends and family.
