Monday to Friday, 8 am-4:30 pm
Note that some of our clinicians are part-time and have variable office hours at the MAC.
We are not an urgent care service and do not have capacity to take emergency or urgent phone calls. We ask that outside of your scheduled appointment times, you try contacting your primary care provider or a walk-in clinic with acute concerns. Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency medical facility if you require urgent care. Outside of our office hours, medication-related questions may be directed to your community pharmacist or to MedSask at 1-800-665-3784.
Driving and Parking Directions
Note: Complimentary underground parking is offered as a courtesy by our program and is not guaranteed. Parking may be full at your appointment time. Please be prepared to use nearby paid parking (via PayByPhone or credit card at assigned meters) or arrange to be dropped off at the Health Sciences Building, E Wing.
Directions to the Clinic
Your appointment will take place in the E Wing of the Health Sciences Building, University of Saskatchewan.
From College Drive:
- Turn onto Hospital Drive toward Royal University Hospital (RUH) and Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital (JPCH).
- Take the second right onto Clinic Place.
- At the end of Clinic Place, the underground car park entrance is to the left of the E Wing main doors.
- Once parked underground, enter through the grey doors and take the elevator to Floor 1, MAC UCPC Clinic – Room 1300, directly across from the elevators OR - Room 3134 on the 3rd floor
Parking Instructions
Take a ticket and park in any available stall underground. If the parkade sign reads FULL, call our office (306) 966‑6469; we may be able to assist. Alternatively, use the metered parking loop just out the Ewing doors or any paid parking on campus (all U of S parking requires payment).
Parking Ticket Validation
Validated tickets for the underground car park may occasionally fail at the exit gate. If this happens: 1. Press HELP at the parking kiosk. 2. Inform Parking Services that you attended a MAC/UCPC appointment. 3. If exit is not granted, pay for parking, choose RECEIPT, and contact our office for reimbursement options.
