Offers adults free online cognitive behaviour therapy to address various mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, panic, coping with chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, cancer, cardiac conditions) including chronic pain, as well as alcohol use concerns.

  • Courses consist of a series of online lessons completed typically over eight weeks.
  • Therapist assistance or health educator assistance is provided for many of the courses via secure email or telephone. However, some courses are self-directed with technical support only.
  • Clients are asked to complete questionnaires throughout treatment and at follow-up periods to evaluate the courses.
  • Eligibility: Adults 18 years of age or older, experiencing difficulties with depression, anxiety, panic, social anxiety, chronic pain, chronic health conditions, or alcohol use concerns. Residents of Saskatchewan have access to all courses. The Alcohol Change course is open Canada-wide.
