The pharmacist will meet with you to:
- Ask you questions about your medications
- Review your relevant medical history
- Explain why you are taking each of your medications, and how they work
- Answer any questions you may have about your medications
- Make suggestions to your doctor to ensure you are on the best medications
Since we are a teaching facility, there may also be students observing the appointment to learn how medication assessments are done; however, the appointment will be led by a fully-licensed pharmacist.
