Constitution and AGM

SPNSS Council proceedings and decisions are governed by the SPNSS Constitution. 

The 2023-2024 SPNSS Constitution can be downloaded here. 

The SPNSS Annual General Meeting is held in late March after first round elections have concluded. After the SPNSS Co-Presidents provide an executive summary of the year's events and proceedings, the Constitution is updated.  Any SPNSS member may motion to ammend any clause in the current Constitution and all SPNSS members are encouraged to attend the AGM.
